Steep ascents, fast-paced racing, and all-day escapades: "Down-country" is packed with action and therefore requires a higher level of performance from equipment. The Moventor 2.0 MIPS is perfectly designed for the demands of mountain bikers. This lightweight and well-ventilated MTB helmet features a deeper fit for added protection at the rear of the head. When heading downhill, the ten air inlets and nine air outlets provide excellent ventilation. In addition to its purposeful features for off-road use, the MIPS model also includes impact protection. This feature is specifically designed to safeguard the brain in the event of a fall, particularly if the cyclist's head hits the ground at an angle. During a fall, the brain is exposed to significant rotational forces that can result in severe injuries. With the integration of a movable, low-friction plastic shell, MIPS helps to reduce rotational forces and provide better protection for the head.
